In point of fact, you understand the rules quite well. There are a number of lawsuits pending, but as far as I am aware, buyers in CA must meet the criteria you have outlined.

    Oh yes...welcome to the forum.

I have canceled auctions in the past ( other sites ) over Kaliforina residents trying to get ( after buying even with no shipping in the adds to any state deemed illegal ) me to ship 30 round mags or folding stocks to them . I hate to not do it but like most every one , I have to save my own butt and not risk it

good for you to try and work it out

sad to think what is going to happen too soon

Let Kalifornia and its residents wither on the vine of communism.

Some of us are stuck. Shewhomustbeobeyed has some problem with leaving the kids & grand-kids. My problem is not with buying ammo but selling it. I have been selling off quite a few of my guns & I am stuck with quite a bit of ammo for them. How do I legally sell it?

Sometimes shewhomustbeobeyed needs a dose of loving guiding common sense from hewhopaysthebills. Get out of CA, YESTERDAY.
