Well it happened again..

In my robe right at daylight and was informed there is a deer in the yard. So I grab the Ruger American 7.62x39 went around the house to see it just wondering around eating grass.. right near an oak tree... acorns... Put one right thru its lungs and watched it do a 360 in the yard and run about 25 feet and drop. Ate breakfast , went out and got the tractor and loaded it. It was 32 last night and they were out and about this morning.

    I thought about using my new Springfield Range Officer ELITE.... 10mm but the deer was too close.
