You didn't ask about anything else, seems he was giving some good breaks there ? At least see what he has 😀

my other cousin told me the ammo he was selling were his reloads, and about the same price as store prices, the few rifles he ask about the old fellow wanted new money out of, probubly reasonable in todays inflated pricing but nothing I needed that bad, I have most everything I need, I did ask about a 28 ga model 37, he wanted $750 for it, not sure if that is fair or not but it is more than I wanted to pay for a single shot I don't really need, only other 28ga's were brownings and I didn't even ask for a price, surprised me he let the primers go so cheap, that is the price my cousin told me will find out sunday if money and quantity are what he quoted.....

28 gauge 37 is like finding a virgin at a ladies of the night event. Need to research that one , don’t think I have ever seen one.

A true 28 gauge 37, if it truly is one, is in my opinion, worth at least double that price.

There a lot of fakes out there though.

There is a member here that is very knowledgeable on the 37’s.

Do a bit of research on past posts and go from there.

He posted a couple weeks ago on one he was working on.

I was just guessing on model, he just said he had a winchester single shot 28ga, I just took it to be a model 37

Would need a bit of hands on to say it was a real 37, 28 gauge. There are fakes to be found and easy to do.

    A nice " real" 28 gauge would/ could fetch 2000.00+-

37-A came in 28 gauge, fraction of the value of a true 37 version is close by.

If my weak mind remembers there might even be a 370 28 gauge not too far away.

I would guess that he had a 37-A.

I have no idea what the gentleman has but an older distant relative hunted with a 37 in 28ga. I went squirrel hunting with him several times when I was a kid.

    I'd say you SCORED...BIG TIME!!!

After your post I had to go check my primers. I'm good on small pistol, large pistol and small rifle and/or 5.56, but I'm down to about 1,000 (maybe 1200) on large rifle.

What size does a .22-250 take?

    22-250 LR primers
