Ummmmm no. Anyone with the slightest knowledge of differential equations can model anything. And of course votes are stored as floating point in the database. Faster math and smaller space requirements.

Electronic voting should be outlawed period! It was proven during the 2000 election how easy it was for programmers to alter vote tallies on the machines.

    "Ummmmm no."

Ummmmmm, YES. Regardless of equations or floating points, it's quite possible to use hidden computer controls to begin altering input after a set number or ratio is reached.

The election was stolen using electronic voting alterations and mail in ballot stuffing.

You don't need diffeqs to model something as simple as fudging counts that have patterns. It's child's play.
