Thanksgiving dinner (shortcut)
Since it's just my wife and I, cooking for only 2 people is a pain so years ago, we started buying, at Kroger, Savannah Classic cornbread dressing, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole and gibley gravy.
It's pretty darn good. She adds some chicken broth and sage to the dressing to dress it up some.
If you desire Thanksgiving dinner without all the trouble, I suggest giving it a try. The cornbread dressing is pretty darn close to home cooked.

we do same, only we now get just turkey breast for the two of us, no ned for whole turkey....
