Left over pizza
Just saw on utube a guy take a slice of left over pizza, chop it up and put it in a buttered frying pan. Then he broke two eggs over it and cooked till the eggs were done. What a great idea.

LOP should be consumed cold,as is, right out off the fridge. Or right out of the box had you forgot to put in fridge.

I can almost compare cold day old left over pizza with that post about how added ice changes the taste of an alcoholic beverage.
I have had some cold pizza slices that actually tasted better cold than they did hot and fresh. Something about the congealed mozzarella cheese and the meat juices having time to soak into the crust or ??

I agree with Brookwood. Cold (left out of the fridge) Pizza rocks.
I've pretty much always enjoyed it more than the hot fresh pizza.

We were eating cold leftover pizza when I was in college quite a few years ago. It was one of two things which might offset the raging hangover which we worked so hard to accomplish the night before. The other was the requisite cold beer...😏
Pizza omelettes hold no desire from me at all. I am a big fan of omelettes with all sorts of other ingredients though including meats and veggies. There are some magnificent combinations which are nothing short of phenomenal. 😀 The one which jumps to my mind is an omelette filled with chicken livers, onions and mushrooms which were all simmered a nice red wine sauce. 🤩
