sometimes you just need a change of taste, got a pack of instant apple cider, not bad at all, to me it beats tea, but still doesn't beat the real stuff, had a cup or so of real cider left the other day and heated it in microwave it was a good change of pace, any of you all looking for something different give it a try........

Winnemucca Belly Warmer
2 oz brandy
1/2 oz cinnamon licqueur
6 oz hot cider
Mix in a large mug and stir with a cinnamon stick

I enjoy caffeine in many forms, coffee being the usual choice for the flavor.
Years ago, I used to make a trip to southern Indiana to do some U-Pick at the fruit tree farms for apples and any other fruits available. When finished, I liked to head to a big shed where the owners would serve homemade doughnuts and hot, fresh apple cider. It was chilly outside so the interior warmth and all those smells of Fall mingled while we sipped the cider and munched on the doughnuts. Good memories.
I still enjoy hot cider in the Fall and Winter along with the memories but I am a coffee fan for the most part.
