I sure could use some help with a Hydraulic cylinder.

    Looks like there's a pin you knock out & then you spin the shaft to unthread it from the bottom of the cylinder. Probably easier if you leave the lower end connected to the stabilizer to hold it.

    My end cap does not have holes to spin it, there is no pin.  I can't find any videos that show what I have and how to remove the end cap.  I have spun it many times and it just turns.  It is not threaded like the others I have seen on youtube.

    Some cylinders have a lock ring that is inserted by spinning the en d cap. It is then removed by turning the end cap the other direction. However sometimes the lip gets broken off and the lock ring is stuck inside the end cap. Then the fun begins. Don

    I found it, or actually a friend did, he has a flexible neck.  There is a clip down on the barrel of the cylinder that hold the end cap on.  Now onto rebuilding it.
