hebrew national if i have a choice. 9 -
Brand doesn't matter if you're cooking them poorly. 0 -
Oh,...............you boy's got me. Forgot about that one. Yes, excellent.
Buying high end hot dogs is akin to buying a nice steak anymore. $$.

If you ever get up north (Michigan, Ohio, Indiana) find some Koegel Vienna natural casing hot dogs. I have had a bunch of different hot dogs and they are hands down the best. They also make a jumbo polish sausage dog that is excellent. Bob 3 -
Johnsonville Brats, and various types of Sausage, (Kielbasa, Smoked Sausage etc.) are Awesome.
Have about 4-5 pkgs in the fridge just now. Love them.

I order Kobe beef hot dogs from Japan. Each weenie cost $27.00 but they are worth it. 12 -

Kinda like those Omaha Steak Dogs. What a bunch of BS. Horrible, just horrible. Had a pkg of assorted Omaha products sent to me as a gift. The HD's were horrible. Dog worthy.
Sorry Buddy.

Calling any Hot Dog 'High End' is akin to calling the Yugo a 'Classic Car'. 18 -
My vote is for H-N. I also like Johnsonville Flame Fired, but they are hard to find around here. 0 -
Koegel or Dearborn. 0 -
Am I the only one who eats H N and is bothered by the sodium content?? I love the flavor but the after effect is real negative. I salt everything but H N hot dogs dry me out big time. 0 -
HN but they have to be the jumbos. 3 -
Hebrew nationals are good but not as good as the ones with the lips and peckers in them. 6 -
Farmland bulk 1/4 lb in 10lb restaurant boxes. 0 -
Michigan does have the best store bought hot dogs. Brands were mentioned above.
Just one more that I have enjoyed made by Boar's Head and another made and sold under the Jerky Town logo from Ebels in Falmouth MI.
Yes, I'm one of those hot dog and bologna connoisseur's (kindasewer's)

They may contain pig snout, lips, heart, kidney, liver, and stomach, but these must be individually named in the ingredients statement on the label. Contrary to what you might have heard, crushed bones, eyeballs, and testicles are not allowed. Some brands contain only beef, water, spices, and sodium nitrite

Always liked Hebrew National but I can tolerate Sabratts or Nathans 0 -
Coronado hot dogs or pizza, nothing in between. 0 -
whatever is available when you are hungry...... 3 -
Wife buys all-beef. I eat 'em but MUCH prefer a pork-based hot dog. For the record, "all beef" does not mean made of steak; if they're not kosher they contain just as much "other" things like cheeks, lips, tongue and whatever else you can imagine as long as it has a bovine source. So if porky ones gross you out, may you be equally grossed now. 0 -
That's why you buy Kosher Hebrew Nationals. 😉

Tried them all. Hebrew National the best.-------------Ray 0 -
