Gunbroker error retrieving verification questions

    It's been almost a month with no further response. Gunbroker I still can't seem to pay the $2 verification fee to be able to list an item for sale. I believe customer support just closed out my requests. Since I can't access gunbroker to sell an item, can any recommend a good competing site where I can list a firearm for sale? Thank you.

    Submit your support request and then do nothing. Every time you re-submit, your request goes to the bottom of the pile. So, they may have been just about to address your issue, and then you responded to their auto-reply, and your issue is now at the bottom again.

    Submit and wait.

    Apparently I didn't have to ask to have my account suspended or unverified or whatever. So far I've had no response from GB other than an unhelpful auto reply in over a month and no suggestions on how to fix the issue. I was hoping for some suggestions to get my account working. If you have the ability to suspend accounts, maybe you have the resources to forward my issue to someone who could help.

    Thank you. I waited several weeks before the last request, but that may well have been what happened.

    Suspending accounts is suspending the member's FORUM account. The forums and the auction side are completely separated. NO ONE here can assist you in your auction account issue. I can't make it any plainer that that. Frankly your issue is growing tiresome. I'm unsure why we even let it get started in the first place, but I'm going to ensure that we don't let this happen again. Read the forum guidelines:
