Magazine restrictions for rifles?

I'm thinking about listing my old Izhmash Saiga 7.62 magazines on the auction side. They are 10 round capacity. I am reading that 10 round is OK to ship (thanks to Mr C for this list), even to restrictive states like NY & CA. I don't want to screw up, so would anyone like to confirm for me? Should I play it safe and not sell to these states regardless? Not sure what to do and looking for advise.
