Tabasco...

You guys ain't lived until you've had Bufalo chipotle extra hot sauce. It's cheap as chips, and it's got a real bite to it. I just wish it came in bigger bottles!
For the more sophisticated palate, try Wuju Sauce. It's got about a hundred different flavors mixed in so it's hot and sweet and spicy, more like a chutney than a pure hot sauce. I have to buy it 5 bottles at a time, it's that easy to use.

I had an old bottle of Tabasco sitting in the refrigerator for umpteen years until I was put on Omeprazole. By then the stuff had a nasty brown crust that glued the cap so tight I needed to find my plyers to get it opened!
I replaced it with a fresh bottle of Frank's and never looked back!

Crystal. Better flavor, and you get three times as much for a third the price of Tabasco. That makes it nine times cheaper by volume. I switch around, usually one bottle at a time between Crystal, Franks, Tapatio, and Texas Pete - when I can't get my favorite Arizona Gunslinger.

I buy Franks Red Hot sauce by the gallon. It normally lasts me about three months. My wife buys Cholula which is probably my favorite but too expensive for me to use on everything. My daughter buys me some local made hot sauce also that I use sparingly. I like many brands but Franks is one of the best tasting and when buying by the gallon, it is cheaper than anything else also. I leave them all in the cabinet with my Mustard. I don't even use ketchup any more.

I forgot to say that Tabasco is not a brand that I like very well besides being so darn expensive. In restaurants I will ask for Texas Pete instead.

Nahhhhhh go to Trader Joe and get the Habanero Hot Sauce. It's got great flavor and a nice punch.
Ketchup is for those hoitsy toitsy upper echelon types with 30,000+ posts.

Me like.....Tabasco in soups and sauces, Texas Pete on fried chicken & meats, Crystal on turnips, collards and other green vegetables.

Good ol Texas Pete made right here in -------------------- North Carolina!!
All of our Texas Pete® Sauces are shelf stable food products that do not require refrigeration after opening. However, as with most food products, ours will stay fresher longer if they are stored in the fridge. We recommend refrigerating CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce.

I throw out more unopened brown bottles than I actually use 😂

Frank’s and tobasco both have a place in my fridge.

Dano, ketchup on everything is fine - if you happen to be eight years old. Most adult palates appreciate a bit of heat. There's nothing hoity-toity about hot sauce; it is common to every culture on earth, from poorest to richest.

I love ketchup on scrambled eggs and mixed up in rice. It works on spaghetti too.

Oh yea! Well I'll tell ya Dano, I proclaim to also liking ketchup a lot but some say I'm a bit of a snob on the subject! 😁
