Since Nunn and I are supposed to be conspiring to remove all humor from the forums, I suppose I should delete this thread and punish Austin. I could force him to drink a fifth of Ten High "blended" bourbon (which is not bourbon at all) but GB may strip me of my admin status for inflicting cruel and unusual punishment on the membership! 0 -

I've been looking for a bottle of JTS Brown from the day I watched The Hustler with Paul Newman an Jackie Gleason. I've haven't found a bottle anywhere. You are a serious bourbon aficionado. 0 -

100 proof would be great, but anything from JTS Brown would be the answer to a very long term question. I simply can't find the brand anywhere. 0 -

Mark, I stopped into one of the Total Wine stores today and they had plenty of both the 80 and 100 proof. Even when they don’t have something they have ordered product for me in the past. (As long as it wasnt allocated product). I believe they have stores in your neck if the woods.

Year ago, worked part time as a bartender in a number of bars over maybe 10 years.
I've sampled a drink from every bottle of booze in the bars. It actually took several years before could handle a scotch and soda.
Never could stomach the taste or smell of bourbon, whiskey, Rye and some others regardless of brand, maker or price.
Its not for everyone.
