Finally............................a temp change

Whew.............after a whole summer of unbearable heat and humidity here in Texas.............we finally got a fall cold front. It went from the 90's to the 60's, Have my AC off and front door open. Loving it.

    That will make your arthritis rear its ugly head!  Fast temp drops and large barometric changes make me feel like I am immobile.  It has been a rainy dreary couple of days here with the damp cold getting your attention.

    In the 70s on friday and highs in the upper forties the next couple of days. Been waiting for the yard to dry out from the daily rains last week so I can get the leaves taken care of. Gonna get out in an hour or so to get started on them. Spring and summer I really like having all these trees, this time of year not so much. Before the rain last week I did about 14 loads with the cyclone rake and figure I have twice that many to go. Can't winterize the mower, cyclone rake or leaf blowers until I get all the leaves picked up. Gonna be a long day. Bob
