  Looks like one of those Tavor's, that were made specifically  for commiefornia. They got some kind of butt stupid reg, about not having a separate pistol grip.  It might be one of the other brain dead states, though that elected domoraps?

  It is an FN 5.56 rifle that they introduced with the P-90.  It is a Bull-pup design with forward ejection.  It was not well received and, I think, has been discontinued.
