Went to the county seat today...........
......... to vote. Since I'm leaving town and didn't want to push my return to make sure I was back for election day I voted early. Not a mail in, but a ballot filled out at the court house. The ballot is in a sealed envelope and will be counted at my voting precinct on election day.
There were quite a few people voting. There wasn't a big backed up line but people were showing up about as fast as three clerks could check them in. I had to wait maybe five minutes for a spot with the clerks,

I'm gonna vote on ELECTION DAY, the way God intended. (If I have to walk barefoot through broken glass). 0 -
Me to, even if have to crawl in person with proper identification. Live less than a mile from the poling place and pretty rural area. 0 -
"the county seat"
That was carved into the door of the communal outhouse next to the Courthouse before indoor plumbing was installed.0
