Well - maybe they should worry more about doing what they say and respond to support questions about the same subject then.
Here is an EXACT quote from their info on the program:

It is actually a good thing you deleted your post. You may stand a chance of staying. None of us think things are "Perfect." However, having said that, Complaints about GB on the forum side are not tolerated. (See Forum posting guidlines.)

It doesn't really matter bustedknee. The Forum Moderators and Admin. can see what was posted. (And will.) It works in his favor he deleted it. Nothing "cowardly" about that, just good sense.
