No bids?

So, the exact item I came for is closing soon and there are no bids.  It's a fairly popular item with decent pricing and terms, so it is making me nervous that there is no activity.  What am I missing?

     It could be a re-list due to deadbeat bidder. For some reason folks pass on items relisted or relisted repeatedly. Might also be others are looking for much better condition or much cheaper price.
     If I found something such as you have, I'd be on it like ugly on an ape.
     Bid the max you're willing to pay and let it ride.

    Shipping costs? Last minute bidders? Seller has poor ratings? Could be lots of things. If you like the price and shipping and seller has a good rating, go for it. Bob

    Thanks guys.  Everything looks good to me, so one last question.  How do I explain to my hsb that yes, I'm trying to buy another one of the exact same gun I already have?🤔

    I think I need to pass....seller is saying paypal only.  
    I technically have more toys than my hsb, so this will give him time to catch up.  Still, total bummer.
    Thanks for the help everyone (except maybe grasshopper...I think he was trying to trick me into sharing my deal.)

    Surprise. Suddenly the other shoe drops. PayPal cannot be USED to purchase firearm,  which is doubtless the reason that others were steering clear. Naturally this sort of information is never revealed until the last possible moment.
