Fundraiser Success!
My hard working wife deserves a pat on the back for this years Bust Em' cancer shoot! We had no idea what to expect what with this covid crap still going on and were worried it would be a dismal failure. Our generous shooters and other contributors actually surpassed last years total by a good margin. So far a little over $13,000 plus a few checks that haven't arrived yet.
I made a point a few weeks ago when I ranted about the frustrations of putting on the event this year and worries governor Gretchen would shut down the state again that I wasn't looking for donations. An anonymous member sent some munchies anyway that were appreciated by all. He and his wife stepped up as well as some local folks and laid my worries to rest.
Gonna give Judy a couple of weeks off and then nudge her into planning for next years event.😊 Bob

Thanks guys, I'll pass it on. The charity told her we might be their biggest fundraiser this year. That would be good but I hope all the other sponsors do well for the patients sake. Bob 0 -
