I've been tempted to pick up a Rough Rider to gift to a friend. Hoping to find one at a garage sale / private sale.

    Love the rough riders.

Recently gifted my last one, bought off the other side, via Kasey, to a coworker’s son.

Great little plinkers. You’re going to love it!

If someone gave me a pistol, $20 and a box of ammo someone would come along and tell about getting the same pistol gave to them along with 2 boxes of ammo and $40.   That's just he way things are.

I hope you shoot it enough to actually wear it out, woohoo how much fun will that be and worth every penny.
My 14 y/o son's favorite handgun to shoot is the single action 22 Colt, he would rather shoot it than the Ruger semi-auto.

Looked at Bid history. 20 something bids. (3 by me.) At the end it was a NR bidder who was ending his amounts in .99. (Like $144.99 etc.) My 3 last bids kept topping him by a penny. That must have killed him.

    Too funny.

*Research indicates Steel barrel and Cylinder, Aluminum alloy frame.

I bought one many years ago for my wife. Has both cylinders. Fun little plinker. Nothing wrong with cheap guns for plinking.
