Shipping to UK
Anyone know for sure if there are any restrictions for shipping a scope from USA to UK?

Contact Locust Fork for a truly agonizing tale of her exporting a commercial hunting scope to Europe. Everything you can imagine, and a few things that you can't, fall under the preview of ITAR. For the private individual it is virtually impossible to comply with the export regs and import/export firms typically want a $200 fee, on top of all shipping and paperwork costs.
You could put it into a box, drop it into the mail and take your chances. They can't catch everything...but I never said that
