Boy.........I used to work with a painter who would spray cabinets and such indoors without a mask or respirator, using varnish and shellac. I don't know how he did it, because I had to get out of the shop hen he was doing it. He seemed to be unaffected by it though, and I know he had been doing it for decades like that.
