105 degrees, and the sun beating down. Only things outside, are mad dogs and englishmen. Poor census guys and gals, wondering around knocking on doors. Asking for heat stroke or worse.
Definitely would have told the boss, to take the census and shove it up where the sun don't shine. If it was me.
