reloading .45 acp 'lead free' brass
I picked up a bunch of .45 brass and it had some of this 'lead free' brass mixed in. this has a larger flash hole than normal. has anybody had 'issues' with reloading this or should I separate it from the rest?

I reload and use the small primer .45 ACP brass to shoot at matches where I can't pick up my brass. I save it in a separate bucket and when I have a couple of hundred pieces I reload and put it away for my next match. Shoots fine but is a pain in the butt when it gets mixed in with large primer brass. 0 -
I agree with the small primed stuff, but both of these are large primers. just wondering about performance. I sense a 'test' coming 3 -
Tests are good. Large flash hole large primer cases are first generation Winclean before they decided a small primer held enough of the Dinol lead free priming mix. 0 -
I should pay attention. I'd test it, should work fine. Good luck! 0
