GunBroker Pay not working for me

I have posted several items on GunBroker and enabled GunBroker Pay as an option. When the auction ends, my buyers are unable to purchase a winning item with GunBroker Pay. I have verified that on my end I have the accounts linked and verified, but still no joy. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, was there a remedy?

  Welcome to the forums, hope you hang around.  Unfortunately there is zero we can do to help.  only Support on the auction side can assist you.  The two sites are completely separate.  We are just a bunch of guys and gals that like to be friendly, (sometimes) to each other.

  bpost called it correctly.  You will have to contact Support and tell them about your difficulty, and they will fix it.
