Three die vs Four
I have a four die 9mm carbide set in my old, old, still good Dillion 550B. My neighbor is wanting to set up his own equipment to reload so we have been looking at die sets and notice there are lots of carbide three dies sets for 9mm. Is there something new out that performs the taper crimp at the last station after the bullet seating?
I'm pretty sure you should taper crimp 9mm, right?

"I'm pretty sure you should taper crimp 9mm, right?"...................I find it works better that way, especially if you are loading cast bullets. with jacketed bullets with a cannelure a three die set is ok. 3 -
I prefer to seat and crimp with separate dies, thus the #4 die..The Lee crimp dies work great, and are inexpensive. 3
