Buyers disputing non-payment claims...

I have had a rash of new users not paying for items and then disputing the non-paying buyer claim.  I was wondering if anyone had any idea how long these disputes remain open before I get credit for my fees?

    I have no idea what they are disputing...  Just looking for a time line on how long it takes a dispute to be resolved.  I realize support is limited but I cannot get an answer to this.

    My last NPB  was in May and it took 28 days to issue a credit, but there was no dispute- he was a deadbeat.

    I have one right now, he didn't pay and DISPUTED it. It is now 5 weeks plus, clowns to the left of me jokers to the right.

    I have 4 of these right now - same exact situation.  2 of which have had there accounts suspended yet I still cannot get a credit 4 weeks later.

    They dispute things just to keep their accounts active is my guess.    It happens every once in a while here, but they eventually get hammered.    Send a message to customer support and they'll take care of things if it is blatantly obvious that they are non paying bidders.

    I have one of these, trying to figure out what is happening. Non payer, but disputed!? He said before the auction was over, he wasn't paying. No reason other than changed my mind. Refused all efforts with a resolution, no counter proposal. Just No! It has been 6 weeks and I can't get squat out of Gun Broker. The only response was very lame, so I know nothing. He is actively selling, but a deadbeat on his buyer page. LOL
