The city of Rochester will be interviewing candidates for the positions of Chief of Police as well as Asst. Chief, and Asst. Asst. Chief, and Asst. Asst. Asst. Chief, and a plethora of other positions in our new Directorate of Police. Qualifications required to include: Education: None.  Experience: None. But you have to be nice. We are looking for a very nice person with an aversion to any kind of police policies that have proven effective in the past.
