Smarter than men, in general. But how come they can’t read a tape measure or use a level?

  If they want a measurement you will measure it for them. If it isn't level it is your fault. They have no need for those things.

  The reason women are horrible carpenters and cannot read a tape measure is ever so simple. Hold your fingers 4 inches apart. Their boyfriends and husbands having been telling them that the distance between your fingers is 8". Those with oversized egos will say that is 10 inches!!!! Many men don't want a woman anywhere near a ruler, yard stick or tape measure. I guess they are afraid they wont "measure up!!"
