Came across this classic meme from the old days of Gunbroker.com. Anybody remember this day?

I do remember it. Lars managed to hack his way into the forum's software (which was ancient and obsolete even then) and essentially held the forum hostage for two days. Eventually CaptFun found a backdoor and pulled the plug, shutting down the entire forum until new security measures could be put into place. The auction side was never in danger. it used and still uses proprietary software which has many layers of security.

He made everyone admins.... Inmates had the run of the asylum, but we knew CaptFun would eventually get the keys back. I stayed in my cell during the day of anarchy.
