Shameless plug 150gr 30-06 Remington UMC 40 rds
40 rounds Remington UMC 30-06 150gr FMJ 2910 FPS bought new in 2020. Auction # 878041837
I have not tried this in an M1 but bought it because there was a shortage. It may not work. Then again, it may work or it may work in a worn M1 which no longer develops full velocity. Maybe they used the same amount of powder but faster burning, so the pressure is higher at first but the same when the bullet passes the port. The M1 action could take higher pressure. What else do you use 150gr FMJ '06 for?
