    That’s a 30 lb prime rib roast with garlic cloves, hot pepper flakes, rosemary, Crushed black pepper and rock salt cooked 6.5 hours until 160 by thermometer. It was perfect. Even better???? Next day slicing out steaks 2” thick and grilling them on a charcoal grille to get the crust. Lord have mercy it was the best dead cow I ever had.
