What should I use to glue

Dow brand blue styrofoam score board insulation together?  Seems to me when I used maybe a silicone sometime ago it just dissolved the board!    Thanks

  There is a glue made special for foam board , available at Lowe’s , made by Liquid Nails . In fact they list 9 types of adhesive suitable for foam board

  Loctite Powergrab.
  Fast setting, great hold, water cleanup.

  When making 'blue foam' armatures for industrial sculpting, we used BLEM brand 5 minute epoxy. We also shellacked the foam prior to the application of modeling clay.
