I'm cleaning a Remington Rolling Block that has been converted into a 16ga. shotgun even though it still has rifling and sights. Was told it has been in the family in S.C. since the late 1860's and was used to feed the folks. I never know what is gonna show up.

  That's quite a coinkydink!  I was in a house last week for work and they had a 20 ga. Remington Rolling Block as a wall hanger.  
  It was in way better shape than this one.

  I wondered about that, too!  The one I handled was definitely a 20 ga. and was in way better shape than the one in the auction.
