kalif is voting to give reparations to "blacks" and in process of determining how much and how to do this.....with several other states getting on the bandwagon......now they cite how deprived and downtrodden our poor black brethren are while i say lack of effort on their part is to blame.....so if this comes to pass i also hope a govt tax will be placed on the gifted largess like a capitol gains tax....you know the one that takes your money if you have made a profit without any input on the govt part.....i bought some land and improved it at my expense so the govt took 19% of the profit for doing nothing...well if reparations are approved and money sent then i believe a similar tax should be imposed upon the recipient....consider that hundreds of years  time span on this transaction i propose a tax rate of about 88% to be reasonable .....money to be returned to the states as a white improvement fund ......how krazy is AMERICA to become before imploding ??????????

    I have no problem with reparations if they are given as tax credit. But a person must be making money and paying taxes to get the credit (5%?annually).

    The more a person contributes to the economy, the more they will be credited.

    Drug dealers, professional welfare recipients, pimps, hookers, bums, etc won't qualify.

    Extend this to everyone.

    They better do a blood quota like the Indians (feathers not the dot) before they get their 40 acres and a mule to grow pot. 

    So my taxes will rise because of the illegals and now "reparations" for the "blacks" from all 50 states? I believe I can think I am black so I am and get away with it in this silly state. Now will I be more like Robert Downy from "Tropic Thunder" or G-Fresh from "Orgasmo".

    I'll have to find a clever riff on how Plymouth Rock landed on me speech.

    An interesting observation. Indeed, what would stop someone who is black, or as black as required under whatever law is concocted, from moving to CA specially to collect this entailment? California was never a slave state, and CA defended and supported the United States of America against the Confederate States during the Civil War. Exactly how CA owes anyone who is black compensation for slavery escapes my understanding.
