  I do that same thing.    Sunday evening I'm sitting here watching the lingering few so I can push send on the email I send out to all the buyers.     I think it helps because I don't get as many emails since I started doing that.

  If I win an auction, I immediately send an email to the seller asking when he/she is going to ship it.
