I had browned a bunch of ground beef, drained it, added a package of Zatarains Dirty Rice, some added brown rice, two diced/chopped tomatoes, a diced green pepper and let it simmer for a while. Oh yeah, a generous amount of hot sauce. Good stuff.

Plenty of leftovers for a day or two.

I like Reubens but never thought to put it over Corned Beef.

Burgers made by schwann @ son Jewish delicatessen in NY (top end brisket instead of ground beef) grilled and smoked on the green egg till well done...

Amoroso Kaiser rolls lightly toasted - high end organic ketchup with no HFCS from a glass bottle with no b-phisphonal a - chilled in the fridge...

Substitute a mildly spicy Bernese sauce for mustard - sea salt - pepper from a grinder - crispy strips of center cut butchers select thick javelins backstrap bacon...

Mexican coke made with pure cane sugar and a clean ingredients list with no HFCS served in a traditional returnable twist neck glass bottle just a hair away from freezing or turning to icy sludge or slurry...

"M" has a chilled dry mondavi joberg resleing that is vintners reserve and barrel select and 12 years old...

I took a few oversized giant superb baking potatoes and cuddle them up into random chunks and fried them in oil to starting to turn brown and crispy - homage French fries...

I took 3 strange pattern and color scheme Amish heirloom tomatoes and added a Lil oil and some bacon grease - some larger bread crumb mixture and some black pepper - added some broken javalina bacon remnants - melted in some mozzarella and asiago shredded cheese - placed the well done on the outside mixture onto an open half lightly toasted amoroso Kaiser roll - added sea salt and ground pepper and some ketch or baby rays on the side for this open top deconstructed sandwich to be eaten with knife and fork or pulled apart by hand...

Ice cold lemonade in a pitcher.

Oversized dark blue linen napkins for all / half a dozen candles lit.

Desert for her was choc / vanilla ice cream mixed breyers all natural ice cream Dixie cup with 3 cadbury eggs and a drizzle of chocolate sauce...

I did a small but larger haagendaaz vanilla bean ice cream cup with a dozen m&m's on top...

A small handful of utz rippled BBQ chips tossed on top of each plating...

Considered crispy pepperoni slices and some thick robust pizza sauce but was not certain how to apply it - "M" votes for it on a brisket meatloaf with an Italian 5 cheese blend shredded on top...

Maybe on oversized grill cheese with javalina bacon sandwiches on Myers Italian sandwiches sliced bread...

    Mmmm...

Tell me you don't want to tare into that stuff right now!!!

How long did it take to "Cuddle" with the potatoes? Were they needy? I hate that.

    Don't hate.

Everything I cook and reference here you can cook at home yourself with as good or better results...

Home made pizza and pot luck leftover slow cooker meals - cheese and crackers - the bread maker - the fry daddy and air fryer...

Shake and bake fried chicken or grilled silver dollar pork chops - London broil - Philly steak sandwich - home made pasta sauce loaded with meats and meatballs from brisket and made thick and robust - pancakes and waffles and donuts and biscuits...

Pizza turnovers or bites or Chicago deep dish meat and cheese pies...

Meatball sandwich - chicken Parmesan - small turkey or ham or chicken or game hen or pheasant or ptarmigan or duck...

All easy stuff that you could do and the dog would kill for.

I don't know. "Cuddling" with the potatoes sounds like more of a commitment than I am ready for.
