Glass Guy's made it look Easy -
Had a 3'X5' casement window replaced today. I have 6 3'X5' windows on my lowest level out back, (Living room.) plus a glass door. (4 more up top, plus two angled pieces.) Lots of built in trim work. Been putting it off for a while now. I figured it would be a total PIA.
Was quoted $384, a month ago. I thought it would be double that. They came in, knocked it out in about an hour and a half. Made it look easy. Total bill? $364. Who comes in and does the work at less than the bid? Extremely happy.
Buddy gave them much Love. (Like my Woodstove/Chimney guys about a month ago.) "What a Great Dog." Yes, yes he is. 😁

Guys let me watch them re-build my auto trans once. Threw half the stuff from a rebuild kit in the trash then R&R the thing with barely a word between them. Worked fine but somehow felt a little cheated. Done in about 90 min. Nice to watch guys who really know their stuff work. 0 -
Most likely the kit was for more than one model of transmission. They only used the parts they needed.gartman said:Guys let me watch them re-build my auto trans once.
