Poly80 Glock 26 - Anybody build one?
A buddy of mine turned me on to the Poly80 build, so I decided to assemble a Glock 26. Has anyone else here built one? I just received the Poly80 frame, Apex trigger assembly, Lone Wolf slide, Alpha Wolf barrel and guidepin/recoil spring. Finally found "In Stock" finishing parts last night and am waiting delivery to start the actual build so I can do it in one day. A little concerned that my sausage fingers will be able to get all the small parts in right, but I'm sure I'll figure it out.
Tactical grey frame, Stainless Steel slide, Black barrel. I think it'll be pretty cool for an EDC, as my full frame Sigs get a tad heavy.......
Yes, I know the guide pin is backwards in the pic.
Whatcha think? Advice?

Buy a Beretta APX or a SIG P320 and you can have all of the frames you want, and without having to build them: 0 -

I would like to, but it costs more to build one than can buy a Glock for. 3 -
My P80 - G26 went together with no real problems other than I contacted Polymer 80 and got a set of replacement "smithed" frame rails. It was batting 100% with reliability until I tried some steel case Russian ammo in it. Did not like it at all.The P80 G19 has some issues. Seems the take down lever spring is sitting up to high. I've been putting off on working on it.

Tip once you get it all together, slather some anti-seize on the barrel and underside of the slide.
It'll help getting it running.
