Mark CS won't respond. Now what?
Not trying to start trouble just need some help.
My IMI 5.56 only shows if you do a search for IMI.
It does not show in the list of 223 or 5.56
That means I will get far less exposure than other guys.
Is that fair?
As I mentioned there is no IMI in the manufacture list for selling. Many obscure never heard of makers but not IMI a seriously big maker of ammo.
I asked CS to include them and again, ignored
You closed my inquire on this and said take it up with CS.
I did. No answer nothing. Not even a FO just ignored me
How can I get some help if they do not reply.
Seriously, how?

Any forum member who has control of the auction functions and who can add IMI to the list of ammo manufacturers, please do so.
I've done as much as I can, or can't, or cannot...0 -

I'm not trying to speak for Mark but the rules state that these forums do not include discussions of the problems with the Auction side. All of these will get locked at a minimum and deleted as called for.
As to your problem, rather than trying to get ADMIN to change their ways with the programming, I suggest that you learn how to work with the Search parameters. Instead of leading with 'IMI' use the first term as .223 and 5.56mm since this places the emphasis of the search factor on those terms. Then use IMI as the descriptor not a search term. This should cure your problem.
Best.
