Any of you folks ever eat fried baloney sandwiches? Man I used to love those things. We had a great bar b q place here called FLIP's and old Flip had a Flip Burger which was a thick slice of baloney fried till the edges were just starting to blacken. Served on white bread with mustard, soooo gooood!!!! Spam can't  hold a candle to good baloney. And if you have never tried Lebanon bologna you are missing something special.

    Still have fried bologna.  Have fried egg and fried bologna sandwiches almost every week end.

    One must cut the edges of baloney while frying to keep it from curling up.
    Uusns south east coasters spell it correctly, baloney.

    Bright leaf baloney is my staple go to sandwich meat . Fried till it starts too blacken a bit served on white bread with cheese and sometimes eggs . Spam is second in the lineup . It is sometimes available at the piggly wiggly In rolls so o can slice it real thick

    If you're out of bologna split the hot dogs lengthwise and fry as you would the bologna.

    Go to the track in South Boston VA.  They have the original baloney burger.  Served with Vidalia onion relish.
