Great Guns, tried your tuna recipe with blue corn chips!!

One of the pics you posted showed you using the club house type of crackers with your wonderful tuna tartare.  My wife doesn't like me eating any type of crackers so she never buys any.  I bought some over the weekend.  Tonight she made your recipe and I tried the crackers.  Excellent!!  She had bought some blue corn chips.  So I tried that.  Both were good.  I could not make up my mind which was best!
