Establishing International Treaty on Artificial Intelligence?

 They wish to ensure/ {have insurance} that all United Nations protocols are enforced? Does Occam razor have a new player? Can the ascension  of man with machine be controlled?

The Occam’s razor is often cited in defense of physicalism—the concept that everything, including our mental state, can be reduced to physical things or processes or their properties. In contrast to physicalism, dualism postulates that reality consists of two distinct elements, mind and matter. Physicalism can be seen as an example of ontological parsimony, because the object it describes—physical existence—requires a singular entity, as opposed to the two entities required by dualism.

Technology in many ways has grown independent from human cultures around it, and has arguably shaped human culture more than it has been shaped by human culture. That needs to change to a degree. Technology must necessarily respect human rights, dignity, morality, ethics, and legal systems. A sense of impunity and lack of authority cannot be an undertone for the growth of technology. New age technology must at the time of development necessarily factor in the potential impact on society both in the near future, and the long run.
