Venison strip, it is what is for lunch …

FEENIX

Thinly sliced venison round, spiced with Alpine & Touch Montana’s special blend spice and Weber gourmet burger seasoning, and panko bread crumb. For additional umami, it was deep-fried in lumpia oil. The complements are fresh raw organic carrots and Mountain man Scotch ale.


Yep, Thor had some too.

    Thanks, Joe! Thor is turning 11 YO this October and we still go for 3-5 mile hikes every day.

    Sounds great. I thought Alpine Touch disappeared long ago. 
    My wife is not a big fan of wild game meat anymore except for elk but she scarfed this one. :D
    I am not sure when it happened but Alpine Touch moved from Whitefish to Choteau.
