Deadbeat buyers

Has anyone gotten a message like this from the winner of an auction?

“I’m sorry you feel that way my guy once again. But I working towards becoming a RNA instructor but have limited resources during these tough times. If I get a better deal, I’m going with that. That’s life. 

My apologizes for “wasting your time“ once again.”

  Real simple, a bid is a binding agreement.  If a buyer backs out he needs an F and you need to file a non paying bidder charge against him.   Lets weed out the non paying newbies so they don't hassle the next seller.
