I was raised with the corn boiled. I've tried other methods but boiled just seems to taste "right" to me. 7 minutes in a rolling boil with nothing added to the water (except the corn of course). Add butter and enjoy.

Cauliflower is versatile.  I like eating 1/2 a head raw after work with a little bleu cheese dressing.
Next is grilled with a bit of olive oil and pepper (garlic salt is a nice addition on occasion).
Steamed, and then chopped with butter and pepper, then nuked after topping with grated Jarlsberg cheese.
Lastly, both cauliflower is great when chopped to around 3/4" and then put into a pan with half a pound of chopped bacon that is about half done.  Put on low heat, cover and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

Some one go to Youtube and look up "a burp a the end". That fellow sure knows how to enjoy eating corn off the cob.
Don't know how to copy and move it  to here.
