1775 the USPS was authorized in congress and Ben Franklin was the 1st Postmaster General.

1908 what would become the FBI was formed

and sadly

2002 the Dept of Homeland Security was established by the Republicans.

Have they determined if Ben Franklin was a raycist yet I think he owned a few slaves but I also know he later was a proponent of abolition? I know he liked the women so maybe he is a Metoo movement target.

i would say as evidenced by what china has got away with is that the DHS is mostly an abysmal failure and waste of money
