Military people help me out
During the cleanup of last weekends flood we ran across some of my uncles discharge papers. God only knows why they were in a folder in one of the offices on the floor but anyhow...here is a picture.
I am just asking...in the time frame, what would he have done with that specialty in that period. I appreciate any answers

Yup. Army cop one step above beat level, roughly equivalent to detective. 0 -
My FIL was an "investigator" for the FBI during that period. He did mostly "background checks" for Top Secret clearances. 0 -
CID was my first guess as well, but I do not know the MOS. 0 -
A friend had that MOS in the 1960's. His issue sidearm was a 2" Colt Detective Special.Neal
