When did Ocean Spray gallon become 3 liters?
I was looking at 2 liters and saw the gallon shrunk to 3 liters. I got to keep an eye out for shrinkage. Also the pineapple cran is good. I cut the juice 1/3 or 50/50 with water.

same price less inside 0 -
The opposite of inflation to hold the price down so the average customer doesn't have a clue. There's a new word for it is SHRINKFLATION! I wonder if the government tracks it for my COLA increase? I doubt it!

a advantage or disadvantage of being old .
we remember what use to be and disappointed on how there deceiving us same price less product younger people see it as the normal weight / packaging example I remember when a family size bag of chips was just that enough in a package for a five or six people now family size is based on what looks to be two people LOL maybe a single serve for some of us
some what related I was a team leader ( low on the pole as a boss ) the management was always adding a little more work or less time to each process ,,well you know the same old same old . my group and every one that had any time in would would complain and moan, as people do heck so did I
I would remind my group yes I know it sucks but if you hired in today it would consider it normal or the just the way it is , you have no idea of what the job was like yesterday0 -
just to sneak it by you...new marketing of LESS for MORE 0 -
Yeah we are all old farts ! A pound of bacon used to be just that ... 16 oz . Now the same size package is 12 oz . Same price . 2/3 of the stuff in the grocery store is like that now . And a 2x4 ain’t even close now !

True about the lumber . I still have a small stash of 100 year old plus reclaimed timbers and boards .

I am quite familiar with the concept and reasoning behind the 2 x 4. I have been building with them for a VERY LONG time.
What I don't understand is why a 2 x 4 (that everyone knows is not 2" x 4") is still called a 2 x 4, but 1/2" plywood is obviously labeled 15/32"? Yes, it is less than 1/2" thick, but not by near as much as the 2 x 4 is less than 2" x 4".0 -
Didn't you notice when booze fifths became 750 ml and half gallons became 1.75L? 0 -
