Fuel filters on social media
Has anyone else seen the "fuel filter" advertising on social media last couple months? Wonder if you purchased one if it puts you on the naught list? I've never had a can, but always wanted to hear the difference in person.

I spent the morning firing five different suppressors: four rifle caliber cans and one 9 mm pistol can. Suppressors are not magic; in most cases centerfire rounds still sound like a gun shots, just quieter to the point that you might be able to skip wearing hearing protection. In any case, your neighbors will appreciate it.
So far as these "solvent traps" are concerned: at some point, someone will use one of those things in a serious crime- it never fails (think bump stocks), and the cat will be out of the bag. To cover their butts, the companies who sell these things will roll over and give the BATF a list of customers faster than a GB forum member will rat out another member, and that can be amazingly fast. It is easy enough to get into trouble without looking for it, and that is what these solvent trap/oil filter goodies are...trouble.3 -
